• Siberian slips and shivers

    Out on I-80, my wheel was slipping like crazy. All I did was speed up a bit so I wouldn’t get stuck having to brake, while some passed slowly, but I jerked around like the wheels lost traction or control.

    But I held course just fine. Is the mix of cold with uneven tire pressure really that big of a deal? My back-right tire is three psi below the other three. I’m not entirely sure. There’s no ice or slush, but I’m not super well-versed in dealing with below-freezing driving conditions.

    Why do I love my dreams too much? Or do I? Before I get there, I hesitate, and once I’m in, I want to stay. Being in the dreamworld is such a release, and I kept pushing it off.

    Handwritten note rituals should be encouraged. I find both the thought process that goes into physical writing and the intentional penstrokes to be therapeutic, even at times when I get perfectionist and frustrated about it.
